PITCHSIDE PATIO AT

EARLS YALETOWN

A front-row seat to the world’s biggest soccer tournament, right in the heart of Yaletown. From June 11 to July 19, the Earls Pitchside Patio (at Helmcken and Mainland) is the ultimate place to catch all the action.

Designed for every match-day moment, from pre-game drinks to epic tournament gatherings, the Pitchside Patio blends electric stadium energy with Earls’ signature food and hospitality.

PARLOUR & RIVIAN:

ULTRA PATIO

Parlour and Rivian are bringing the World Cup energy outdoors, turning Hamilton Street into a vibrant open-air destination for matches, food, music, and celebration.

Parlour Ultra Patio brings tournament energy to Hamilton Street with live match viewing, signature Parlour food, afternoon BBQ sessions, DJs, live performances, and interactive experiences.

In partnership with Michelob Ultra and Rivian, the activation adds a forward-thinking twist with a fully electric Rivian SUV powering elements of the experience.

From laid-back afternoons to vibrant evenings, this open-air celebration brings together sport, music, food, and community in a way that feels distinctly Yaletown.

BACKYARD FC AT

YALETOWN BREWING

Introducing Backyard FC, a relaxed, social counterpart to the stadium buzz. 

Yaletown Brewing Company is transforming Helmcken Plaza into an open-air gathering space where the charm of a summer backyard party meets the energy of the World Cup.

Think picnic tables, cold pints, burgers on the grill, and fresh pizza flowing, all set against the unmistakable rhythm of Yaletown.

FIFA SPECTACULAR AT BILL CURTIS SQUARE

As part of the neighbourhood’s World Cup celebrations, FIFA will unveil a Spectacular at Bill Curtis Square - an immersive, interactive installation designed to surprise and delight. 

While details remain under wraps, visitors can expect a bold, FIFA-branded experience that captures the energy, scale, and global spirit of the tournament.

GAME ON, YALETOWN

This mini-pitch series invites the community to step off the sidelines and onto the pitch. Featuring a series of mini soccer fields and casual seating areas, the installation creates an approachable space for pick-up games, family fun, and spontaneous moments of play. 

Whether kids are scoring their first goal or friends are reliving their glory days, the mini-pitches bring the spirit of the game into the heart of Yaletown. Grab a ball, gather your team, and join the action. 

GOAL LINE MOMENTS

  • GIANT SOCCER NET

    Dive into the action with a larger-than-life soccer net designed for the ultimate save shot. This playful photo moment, located on the Hamilton Docks next to Zab Zaab,  captures the energy, movement, and excitement of the tournament.

    Step up to the strike zone with oversized soccer cleats built for a bold, shareable photo moment. Perfect for lining up your best angle, this interactive installation brings a fun, high-impact twist to the classic game-day shot.

Guests will be invited to take part in #PlayYaletown, a social-first campaign celebrating standout moments from across the neighbourhood's activations.

From patio celebrations to pitch-side play, participants can share their favourite Yaletown soccer moments for a chance to win $1,000 to a Yaletown business of their choice.
